Bileklerimden kan değil adeta gelecek akip gidiyordu. Yavaş... Emin adımlarla... Yaşadığım süre boyunca harcayacağım bayat hava, ailemle geçireceğim yavan zaman, dinleyeceğim saçma sapan müzikler, okuyacağım ikinci sınıf kitaplar, sevip dokunamayacağım güzel kızlar, sevmeyip sevişeceğim çirkin kadınlar... Hepsi kırmızı renkli bir sıvıya dönüşmüş yavaşca beni terkediyor. Terketmiyorlar, istenmediklerini farkına varip çekip gidiyorlar. Ya da kendimi mi kandırıyorum, sıkıldılar mı acaba mahkumiyetlerinden? İlk fırsatta firar mı ediyorlar benden? Önemsiz...
